Q1What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for your dining tables?
MOQ is 10 pieces for the dining tables.
Q2Do you support custom designs and OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we have a strong designing team and provide custom designs and OEM/ODM services.
Q3What is the standard production lead time for bulk orders?
Generally speaking, the lead time is 45-55 days. If need rush production, we can make it 30 days.
Q4How do you pack fragile sintered stone or glass table tops for international shipping?
We have rich packing experience for sintered stone or glass tops. For safety pack, we use at least 200lbs cartons and 14kgs foams for the top packing. For mail order packing, we can use 275 lbs cartons and 18KGS which can pass 3A drop test.
Q5What are your accepted payment terms?
For new clients, our payment terms are 30% deposit payment, and 70% balance before loading.
